Jordin Sparks admits that she wasn’t on much of a diet in terms of starving herself but rather just swapping out a healthier version of the food she was already eating. The dietary fiber in mushrooms helps promote good bowel function leaving you feeling more satisfied, so you won’t be hungry again as quickly.
