If you have never made ribs because they seem too complicated or time consuming, this is the perfect recipe. My one suggestion would be to cook these on low for 8 hours instead of on high for 4 hours to allow the fat to melt all the way off. What I found out is that they both taste great when cooked in the crock pot, so go with whichever you prefer. They would not of held up to being removed from the slow cooker and placed back in in the same position.
