Seriously, I’ve been dying to try coconut flour cookies but all of them have like 8 eggs added to them, which is a no-go for me. Of course, because these cookies are grain-free, egg-free, nut-free, and dairy-free, they don’t have the exact same texture as a traditional cookie.
