For me, what it took to really lean out was to actually got 100% strict Paleo for one month, followed by a few 2-week bursts. My weight loss was 90% about the kinds and amounts of food I was eating, and I would not have been successful without that change. My diet is more moderate now, but I credit the discipline of the stricter food list with preparing me for a real long-term change.

I am trying to lose the last 7 lbs from baby #2 and having no luck even though I am following paleo and have been strict. My younger bro joined CrossFit in Atlanta where he attends college and actually won a Paleo challenge at age 20!!!! I just started to do crossfit, however I would like to incorporate a diet in order to improve my weight loss results.
