Written by Robb Wolf, a research biochemist who traded in his lab coat and pocket protector for a whistle and a stopwatch to become one of the most sought after strength and conditioning coaches in the world. The Paleo Solution made sense to me, and seemed much easier to do than what I'd been attempting on my own.
He answers questions from listeners and is a great way to dig deeper into all things Paleo and Crossfit (did I mention he runs a cross fit gym).

With Robb's unique perspective as both scientist and coach you will learn how simple nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes can radically change your appearance and health for the better.
I'm sure there is lots of great information in this book, but Robb Wolf's "voice" is so horribly obnoxious that I just can't get past it. It's been almost a year and Wolf's suggested nutritional plan is still working wonders for me.
