I’m 5ft 4" and in the first photo on the left I am 154 pounds and on the right I am a stone down at 140 pounds.
I have been doing crossfit for 6 months and have been eating a paleo lifestyle for the last 3. Because my journey to health wasn’t just about the physical aspects of it, it was about the mental and emotion parts as well. I run 7kilometers (almost every day), 50 push-ups, 8 min abs and buns and walk as much as possible. I have always struggled with my weight and it wasnt until I saw this photo on the left that I knew I needed to do something about it. These pictures are proof I can do anything I set my mind to and when I look at them I feel unstoppable. I’m such a happier and more positive person in all aspects of my life and every day I strive to become stronger and to help and inspire people in whatever way that I can.

So excited to know I have gotten this far and know I will reach or be extremely close to my goal of 100 pounds lost by the end of this year.
I was very depressed and I self-harmed, and it wasn’t long until I started developing eating disorders. I lost a little over thirty pounds going back and forth between eating disorders before I finally conquered my mental illness and started trying to love my body for what it was. I used to drink juices and diet sodas, but I’ve cut those out and drink loads of water, coffee, and sometimes milk! In order to distract myself I started focusing on more positive things like healthy eating and occasional exercise. A year and a half after graduating high school, I met this guy and shortly afterwards I unknowingly entered into a long, 26 month emotionally and mentally abusive relationship with him.
My biggest nutrition advice would be to cut out artificial crap, eat 80% clean, watch your added sugars, and watch your MACROS!!!

I broke up with the guy, who had turned out to be completely psycho, and pretty much immediately afterwards starting dating a guy I had liked for several years, and this guy is the only other motivation besides myself for wanting not just to lose weight, but to become toned and healthy. He is fit, handsome, and the kindest man I have ever met and I am so fortunate to have him in my life. He loves me for who I am and not the size of my jeans, and yet somehow that just motivates me more to be the best I can be both mentally and physically. I’ve been going to the gym, eating right 80% of the time, and just trying to be a happier person.
