I have loved all of the recipes that I have tried of Elena’s so far and am looking forward to her help with my journey on being a creative paleo mom!

I have purchased commercial Paleo bread before and frankly I would rather chew on the leg of my chair! I am already gluten free, dairy free and grain free(except quinoa), I am leaning more toward paleo for more protein and healthy fats.
