Paleo book authors, paleo pumpkin sweet potato pie, chia seed diet dr oz - Review

Bill and Hayley, authors of Gather and Make it Paleo, have come out with yet another great book in their new 30 Day Guide to Paleo Cooking. The recipes that we tested were great and although the book seemed relatively basic, I think it would be a perfect for someone just starting to eat healthier but overwhelmed by trying to figure out what to actually eat.
This book would also be helpful for someone who knows the basics of healthy eating but who need structure to stick to it.
As someone who takes all the pictures for my blog with an iPhone camera and nada photography skills, the thing that really stood out to me about the 30-Day Guide to Paleo Cooking was the beautiful food photography! That being said, we only promote authors, products, and services that we wholeheartedly stand by!
I don’t know about you, but I have been anxiously waiting for this book since I heard from Sarah it was in the works over a year ago!

About Mickey TrescottMickey Trescott is a cook and one of the bloggers behind Autoimmune Paleo. As far as book recommendations, both this book and DHwRF come with the highest recommendation from me. As someone working on a first book, I really have no idea how they manage to write and beautifully photograph these books so quickly, but they certainly haven’t cut corners with this new guide.
I know it has been hard to be patient waiting for the book to arrive after all of the delays, but after seeing it myself (especially having just gone through this process with my own book) I completely understand why it took so much longer than anticipated. The first half of the book is called “The Cause”, and its chapters detail what autoimmune disease is, how the immune system works (complete with amazing diagrams), what causes autoimmunity, how diet and lifestyle factors contribute to our conditions, and what to do with all of this information. I’ve been on the autoimmune paleo diet for about a year and a half now, but I still struggle tremendously with digestive, and skin related problems.

Sarah’s book is more autoimmune focused, and Aglaees book is more about digestion, but both are chock-full of excellent information. Some go into remission from their AI and do very well eating Paleo–adding eggs, nuts, seeds, and dairy back into their diets. She is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner by the Nutritional Therapy Association, and is the author of The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook, a guide and recipe book for the autoimmune protocol, and AIP Batch Cook, a video-based batch cooking program.
I don’t know how else to help my body heal and was wondering if you or anyone else in the paleo community have any suggestions.
