There will be 3 benchmark workouts, announced on September 13th which need to be completed within 2 weeks. There’s no minimum amount of athletes that have to register for the challenge but if we get 20 members to sign up at each box we are eligible for all affiliate grand prizes and each box will receive a guaranteed prize package. So after 5 days of strict Paleo, I decided to throw caution to the wind on Friday and listen to my body.


When the challenge started, our coach asked us to monitor our calories for a few days and look at our macronutrient consumption. We will be doing the three benchmark workouts this week in our regular classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. During weeks 3, 4, 5 and 6 workouts will be announced Saturday night — athletes will have 8 days to complete these workouts.
