The great thing about the paleo diet is that you’ll be giving your body the food it was designed to run on. If, however, you don’t need to lose weight but you do need to lose some fat and gain some lean muscle – perfect again – the paleo diet is for so much more than weight loss!

Long before I ever heard about Paleo for weight loss I started looking at what I was eating and realised it really wasn’t doing me any good! I wasn’t hugely overweight, just a bit of belly fat I wanted to lose, but I simply wasn’t feeling good.
