Having this list to start off on the diet makes it SO much easier to just get a feel for things and how this works. I have been researching the Keto diet because of its health benefits, not necessarily for weight loss. I am going under the assumption that you have more time to cook and prepare on the weekend and also that you might have leftover food from the week.В  If your weekends are totally slammed, consider just premaking all 7 days of food by tweaking the quantities in the recipes. During the summer I’m trying to experiment with as many recipes as possible to find some that I really like when I have the time to do the cooking most days. The Keto diet has shown to improve degenerative disease conditions such as epilepsy, autism, Alzheimer’s and cancer. Who’s got time to cook one meal, let alone two! Being in a relationship where the other person isn’t dieting can be dangerous enough!
