About 2 weeks back, we took a 2В day hiking trip to Mount Fuji (the highest peak in Japan) and that was really physically challenging for me and helped me shed some weight that wasn’t budging. Its been about 4 months since my last update and I thought the time was right to revive my Weight Loss feature. Many of you had requested the recipe of this Sandwich when I’d posted this in my Breakfast Challenge. As you would know, I took the 7 Day Breakfast Challenge last weekend to have a different, new food for breakfast everyday.
Its a 30 Day exercise program which has 3 levels, 1-2-3, and each Level is to be done for a period of 10 days. A Yoga Mat (for the floor exercises), you can manage without it as well like I did for some time though its nice to have one. A pair ofВ dumbbellsВ ~ I started Level 1 without the weights but after 5-6 days, I started doing it with 2 pound ones (for each hand).


One of my readers sent me a link to a TV show where the discussion was about why veggies should always be consumed in cooked form. Here on fitnessvsweightloss we write about fitness, weight loss,mobile app reviews,weight loss product reviews,Fitness studio review, dieticians etc.
There was lots of hiking and walking with restricted diet and that seemed to have helped my weight loss significantly. I have not been restricting myself completely but somehow my body is still losing inches and weight. Health took a backseat because August was a little hectic and I wasn’t being very particular with my diet and exercise routines.
I think it was one of the best things I’ve done so far for this feature – I tried lots of new recipes and had a wholesome, satisfying breakfast everyday! I’ve been bored of the food I’ve been eating lately especially since I decided to stick to home cooked food, even when I want to cheat, I need a challenge to try out new recipes and break out of this monotony!


In March, I went back to В my dietician who had helped me lose weight 2 years back as I felt I needed some expert guidance.
I’ve been instagramming my meals and I thought of doing a quick recipe breakdown of 5 dishes I’ve been loving lately! A few hours dedicated to meal prep on Sunday always helps me set the tone for the coming week!
