Another plus is you can totally make it vegetarian if you want by leaving out the spicy sausage crumbles and swapping vegetable broth for the beef broth. I love how versatile this Muesli is, and how it adds health and flavor to whatever I am eating for breakfast, where it is a yogurt parfait, a muffin, this bread, or hot cereal. The bottom gets nice and crispy, but the top can be a little soft, so then you stick it in the oven on broil for 2-3 minutes to brown it up and you are good to go! This slow cooker black bean soup is packed with all the nutrients and anti-oxidants you need to protect your body this winter, and only requires a few minutes prep time, then the slow cooker or crock pot does all the work! Cook on grill for 2 minutes per side to caramelize sugars in BBQ sauce Serve with sides and enjoy! I have several slow cookers, so I can make bread in one, and a nice stew in the other, and not think about dinner again until my hungry family comes clamoring!
