Definitely a smoked salmon and goat cheese with red onion in a flat out wrap for my husband!

The best decision that I’ve made in a long time was to bring sandwich fixins for the week to work on Monday so that I could have a stress-free lunch! I use the Italian flatbread and use turkey, avocado, bacon and lettuce with a drizzle of raspberry vinegar for a kick of flavor!
