I’ve been having so much fun trying out the recipes from theВ Ultimate Healthy Living BundleВ this week that I actually started meal planning! To be honest, when I first found out about the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, I thought it wasn’t the ebooks but the free conference and bonuses that would really get readers excited.

It really is all about prep – I dedicate a few hours on SUnday to shopping and prep for the week.


I most definitely do struggle with healthy food options when I’m busy, stressed and in a rush. I’ve included a free download of my 1-week healthy meal plan at the end of this post.
This healthy living library is truly an amazing resource that you just can’t get anywhere else. As you flip through the pages of the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle recipe ebooks, you will get inspired to do some mouth-watering meal planning of your own. We usually make a big meal on Sundays (crockpot in winter, grill in summer) and then have yummy leftovers for 1-2 days.
When whole chickens are on sale, I throw one in the crockpot for a day and I can get at least 2 meals out of them for the boyfriend and myself.


I keep lots of fruits and veggies on hand, so that when we get the urge to snack, we grab something healthy… Sunday food prep is helpful as well. I always try to make a batch of muffins, chop veggies, and cook quinoa on Sunday so we have it ready for the week. She is a realist, doesn’t believe in diets, believes strongly in chocolate, and maintaining a healthy balance in life.
So remember, balance is key, and below is a week-long diet plan that can help get you started.
