Our version uses low-fat milk and flour for thickening to make it plenty rich without all the saturated fat. We’ve given traditional potato salad a healthy makeover by swapping out the full-fat, creamy dressing with healthy ingredients that boost flavor without going overboard on extra fat and calories.
