Food Network – tons of recipes from your favorite chefs, both easy and difficult, and fun kitchen products. Clean Eating – this magazine is informative, but sometimes the recipes are so “clean” that they’re boring and tasteless. I think I need to take a cue from you and subscribe to more magazines because I spend too much on them at the stand. I subscribe to Self (good meal plans and at-home workouts), Southern Living and Better Homes and Gardens (in which I challenge myself to veganize recipes), Martha Stewart Living (inspired me to organize my laundry room), and In Style.
I only have a subscription to Eating Well, and I’m totally jealous of your magazine subscription stash!

I love Prevention and Fitness but now am going to have to get Women’s Health as well.В  Love the mags! Like olive oil, the fats in avocados are predominantly monounsaturated, which are associated with cardiovascular health. I’m hooked on my boyfriends Mens Health – great great great articles AND recipes! I buy every single one you listed on a regular basis but only subscribe to Women’s Health, Real Simple and Cooking Light. The buttery fruit is a top source of vitamin E, a potent antioxidant, and also provides lutein, an antioxidant that can keep eyes healthy.

What I love is that while I think most typical guys get Sports Illustrated or Maxim-type magazines, my hubby prefers Popular Science. I currently subscribe to ELEVEN magazines, 10 of which are either health or food related.  I’m sure this is an abnormal amount to be receiving monthly, but subscriptions prices are much cheaper than buying off the newsstands. High in healthy monounsaturated fat, avocado oil can be drizzled over salads and cooked vegetables.
