If you're powering up for a workout, hankering for a mid-morning snack, or looking for a way to drink more fruits and veggies, check out these creamy, dreamy smoothies. Combining bananas and blueberries with creamy, fat-free yogurt and a hint of agave nectar makes for a rich and satisfying smoothie that's also low in fat. Whether you’re looking for a healthy breakfast recipe or just a quick on-the-go snack, this 3 ingredient Banana Mango Smoothie made with fresh fruit and Greek yogurt will help you live a better lifestyle. I chose bananas and mangoes because it is the middle of winter and wanted something tropical. I’m obsessed with smoothies- have one every morning for breakfast or its a bad morning. I love to use frozen berries in my smoothies, and go a little nuts when berries are in season freezing trays of them and transferring to bags in my fruit and vegetable freezer.

We are huge smoothie fans over here and I just love this recipe…bananas and mangos are two of my favs!
These delicious healthy smoothie recipes make it easy to eat healthy with fruit, milk, immune-boosting yogurt, and other nutritious ingredients—and they're great for those on a smoothie diet, too. I never tried tofu in my smoothy (even though I was a vegetarian for 7 years) which is a shame because it is amazing. I have been trying to make more smoothies for my kids but the cherry almond one I made yesterday was an epic fail.
I had a rather large lunch and was searching for a good dinnertime smoothie, and I think I found it! My mom got me a bullet a year ago and I’m finally breaking it out and making myself some smoothies.
I have all three ingredients on hand (frozen mango, plain greek yogurt, and fresh bananas) and would love to try this since my bananas are a bit too ripe for me to just eat.
This smoothie fuels you up with a healthy dose of potassium, vitamins C and B6, and plenty of antioxidants. Come home to our favorite main dishes, sides, appetizers, and drinks that are sure to soothe your family with the simple joys of comfort food.

I wanted to make it as healthy as possible because I know some smoothies have a whole lot of sugar added. I even used milk when I didn’t have yogurt, but if you do that, you may want to freeze some of the fruit for the cold element.
Even some juices you get from the juice aisle aren’t as healthy as you think with high fructose corn syrup and 10% real fruit juice.
I want to thank whoever invented fruit smoothies because I made Banana Mango Yogurt Smoothies.
