They all look so good, but I think I’d have to start with the Blackberry Pie Bars and the Snickerdoodle Bars. Enjoy and feel free to share, these bars are really rich…but in the best possible way! I promised you all that I would share this recipe from my cookbook Against all GrainВ if it won in the Paleo Magazine Best of 2013 Treat category and it did!
These bars take a little work as every layer has to be prepared separately, but they are so worth the time and effort.

My favorite bar to make are my chocolate chip jam bars though…I think they may just be my all-time favorite dessert. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the cookie dough top feels dry and firm and the pan is set.

I originally got the recipe from the Going Raw cookbook, but now I wing it when I make them–a little bit of mint, some banana, almond milk, a small handful of cacao nibs and maybe some unflavored protein powder too.

I just made these tonight an the only variations I made was I used avocado oil instead and for the cane syrup i used half Fains raw honey and half maple syrup and let me tell you this is absolutely amazing.
Plus you have the bonus of knowing that your doing something good for your body, and not guiltily trying to get rid of an out of control craving.
