One guava, 250 grams of pineapple, two bananas, one mango, spring onion, red chili flakes and dried oregano.
Meantime slice all the fruits and mix them well in salad bowl adding some coconut milk, chili flakes and oregano. Half kegs of papaya pulp, half cup of sliced pineapple, half cup of sliced mushrooms, half cup of chopped apple, two table spoon of lemon juice, one table spoon of ginger paste, four trails of celery and lettuce. I served it while still warm - I threw the red onion in with the chicken for a couple of minutes and deglazed the pan with a bit more maple syrup and some japanese mirin. Who knew that roasting pumpkin with maple syrup (have always used honey and it has burned and not been as good) would be just perfect.


Serve the salad in long salad dish making the bed of lettuce and garnish with oregano and black pepper. Once the fish has been marinated well, add the same to fruits preparations and garnish with green oregano. Before serving on table add the lemon juice, salt, black pepper and add the handful quantity of finely chopped celery and lettuce. There was enough for leftovers for lunch the next day, and the dressing improved also - it was sweeter.
