The best way to do IF is to apply the 16 hour minimum fast every day.It takes a couple of weeks to adjust but once you get there it's a walk in the park and you can set up a routine.


Education about diet is very important, but it is usually treated in isolation from the other problems that lead to poor habits, as if it's just a food problem.
