I eat these whenever I go to Japanese restaurants, so I can’t wait to try them out myself!
I love the food here, but have had only lukewarm feelings at best about the traditional okonomiyaki.
Then, a final sprinkling of very finely chopped green nori flakes on top, which gives them a real Japanese aroma.
