Since you're getting an entire dinner meal out of this recipe (as opposed to just the main course or just a side), this is a completely reasonable amount of fat for dinner. You are under no obligation to use a huge bowl, I simply chose it for the same reason I make most of my dish-based decisions: everything else was dirty.
I include instructions for a mixed veggie topping below, but you can of course use whatever toppings you’d like. Once you’ve got your cheese mixed (but before you heat it) you can roll out and pre-bake the dough for about 60-90 seconds. Honestly I have had so many pizza dough fails my boyfriend asks me to bake it at 600 degrees if he hears I’m attempting pizza for dinner. Once your dough is rolled out, just slide it onto the preheated upside down skillet and let it cook for a minute or two. Not sure what to say other than maybe try it again sometime, I think it works for most people. My 10 year old said it was the best pizza he had ever had Score 1 for vegan moms everywhere!
