For this week’s installment, I have decided to use the logo of the University of Connecticut Huskies in honor of E. I mentioned in previous posts how easy and economical it can be to purchase a bag of frozen chicken breasts or thighs. Fold tortillas over, and broil on low for 10 minutes or until tortillas are browned and crispy on top. I have a 14 year old Freshman in High School who is just beginning to learn to cook, the first 3 on this list will work wonderfully for him, and he can do it all himself. Puppy chow is one of the most delicious dessert snacks out there, but you might feel guilty for snacking on something so sugary.
