Just because chicken is a mild and easy-to-use protein doesn’t mean your dinners using the bird are a trip to dullsville. Oh and saturated fat from dairy is probably one of the best nutrients you can have in your diet.
This post contains two chicken recipes which have been given to me by Edyta and Barbara to share with everyone who visits.
I will just start off by saying that if you are not a fan of white wine based sauces, you’re better off sticking to the Sesame Chicken recipe. I wish I had made the sesame chicken instead, I made Edyta’s and neither of us enjoyed it.

The Sesame Chicken recipe serves two people so the 2 tablespoons of oat bran in the serving would be the daily serving of oat bran.
