Chia seeds salba difference, free weight loss meal plan, healthy diet chart for glowing skin, loren cordain paleo diet cookbook - PDF Review

Recently I have been hearing a lot about chia seeds in health magazines and blogs that I follow.
Apparently there are over 80 different strains of chia seeds and Salba Chia is the cream of the crop. Gram for gram, Salba Chia has six times more calcium than whole milk, three times more iron than spinach, and fifteen times more magnesium than broccoli. When I received my samples from Salba Chia, I was excited to finally figure out what all the fuss was about! My coworker is a big tea drinker and inspired the idea of adding the ground chia seed to my morning tea, to give me an extra boost for the long workday.
Today I topped my salad with whole chia seeds, which not only added the same nutty and crunchy texture as in #2, but also tons of protein to my lunch. Next time I make homemade granola bars I am going to add the chia seeds to the recipe and replace some of the other grain-based ingredients, such as oats. When chia seeds are added to liquid they form a gel, thus making a great substitute to thicken gravy and sauces. Salba Chia would love to introduce you to their products and they are offering one lucky winner the same samples that I received!
Salba is so versatile you can throw it into smoothies, breakfast cereals or even toss it on toast or grains. I understand that Mila is a collection of special, super-nutritious chia seeds, but when you can buy 5 pounds of organic chia seeds for the price of one bag of Mila, I begin to question.

If I were on a budget, I would spend my money on the organic bag of regular chia seeds and save the other $40+ dollars to get a good green powder or a massive box of produce. I believe many varieties are still more wild harvested than cultured that could cause significant differences over time as field nutrition has to be managed. Mila is far superior, and that’s not just my say so but many others who thought they could go back to regular chia after trying Mila and get the same benefits.
Thanks Kevin and other contributors for helpful suggestions; and salba, chia, mila information.
For the one who may have lung cancer, as part of the cancer diet, the testemonials about people who had cancer and got better by drinking kombucha tea are amazing, and almost hard to believe, but it seems to have helped many to heal cancer and other things too, if you go to kombuchaamerica, you can read some. Salba Chia is the richest whole food source of Omega-3 fatty acids and fiber found in nature on a gram for gram basis.
I received both the whole seeds and ground chia, which I found out can be used interchangeably in almost any dish. Adding the ground chia into smoothies works much better than the juice and makes me feel even more energized! A simple way to increase your healthy fats, minerals and fiber, all with the tasty addition of seeds. If it does, than maybe you process proteins better than carbohydrates and need a different type of breakfast. Chia seeds are incredibly nutrient dense, containing omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium; and are naturally gluten free.

Every 15g serving of Salba provides over 3,400 mg of Omega-3s (500 mg is the recommended daily intake) and 5 g of dietary fiber (21% of the daily recommended intake).
Besides, they have a very neutral taste, you can easily play around with your tapioca recipes, using different fruits and even protein powders. I was given two bags by two different people…yes I liked it but plain ol chia is good too. I understand what Cherie is saying about its thickening properties (we’ve had the same conversation) but nothing I eat is worth $55 a pound to me, esp the lowly chia seed.
Studies show that more Omega 3’s enter the blood stream with Mila after a month than ordinary chia.
You can see the difference in the seeds- It’s a proprietary blend of the most nutritional strains of chia out there.
Whether MLM based products are worth the price difference or not depends on the consumer, who has all the power to choose to buy or not.
