Unless you are living under a rock, you probably have heard of the new craze around cross-fitters and health nuts, the Paleo Diet.
The paleo diet is essentially eating as the cavemen did during the paleolithic era, before the introduction of agriculture and grain-based diets.
I was on paleo earlier this summer for 2 months and I have to say once adjusted, eating a paleo diet is actually easier than the typical American Diet. The number one problem with traditional diets is counting calories and being too restrictive with meal times and portions.

There are many other ways of eating that will give you the same benefits of eating a strict paleo diet, without being so hardcore.
In recent years, the “paleo diet,” a diet based on the perceived eating habits of prehistoric people has become wildly popular. You get better results with a vegan lifestyle, without the high risks of cancer and heart disease, which most cavemen didn’t live long enough to experience. That’s why I make it clear in this video that I in no way enforcing to paleo diet, just giving some information so readers can choose for themselves. For some time I have read about this somewhat new diet called Paleo or Caveman or Hunter Gatherer diet.
It is also important to note that you can obviously achieve these benefits with other diets including grains.

Traditional diets are set up to fail because all you focus on is how much, how much, how much.
Personally I never bought organic fruit and veg, I stuck with the cheap stuff and the diet worked out fine for me.
