Hey Caveman, I hate the texture of most of the veggies on your list and some of the other stuff I just can’t get down the gullet. The basic premise of the ketogenic diet is to stay in a constant state of ketosis where the body is burning fat instead of sugar for energy. I am new to this paleo diet, but im super excited about it especially after reading your recipes. I’m just getting started with Keto and was feeling very overwhelmed at finding easy recipes that I can use during the school year.

Having this list to start off on the diet makes it SO much easier to just get a feel for things and how this works. I have been researching the Keto diet because of its health benefits, not necessarily for weight loss.
I am going under the assumption that you have more time to cook and prepare on the weekend and also that you might have leftover food from the week.В  If your weekends are totally slammed, consider just premaking all 7 days of food by tweaking the quantities in the recipes. During the summer I’m trying to experiment with as many recipes as possible to find some that I really like when I have the time to do the cooking most days.
