Plant based diet weight loss success stories

Cambridge diet reviews 2014,weekly healthy meal planners, indian food recipes with pictures - .

The Cambridge Diet or Cambridge Weight Plan as it is now known is a form of VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet). Originally created and developed by Dr Alan Howard at Cambridge University in the 1970s this diet has grown in popularity with celebrities such as Jennifer Ellison using it to shed her baby weight. The Cambridge Diet offers a range of products (shakes, bars, soups and porridge) that can be used either on their own or alongside your normal meals.
This diet itself involves a range of programmes that allow you as little as 415 calories a day to over 1500, with the aim of creating a calorie deficit that will cause your body to go into a state known as ketosis.
There are 6 different programmes available to anyone wishing to try the Cambridge Weight Plan themselves, although you will need to speak to a consultant before you choose which one is best. For the first stage of this diet there are 2 options, first Sole Source will involve you needing to consume 3-4 products a day. The sixth stage is the final stage of the Cambridge Weight Plan and is known as the maintenance stage as you should have reached your weight loss goal by now. Although you should be eating a healthy diet now it is also recommended that you continue to see your consultant and to have 1 branded product a day. Following this abuse Jennifer decided to try the Cambridge Weight Plan for herself with incredible results. VLCDs like the Cambridge Diet are not suitable for everyone, and are often only for those with a high BMI.
The Cambridge Weight Plan allows up to 12 weeks maximum, although your consultant will be able to give you advise. If followed correctly then there is little doubt that the Cambridge Diet will help you to lose weight.

Having to speak to a consultant beforehand may seem to make the diet less accessible than most but this has its benefits as the diet will be tailored to your needs.
One issue with these types of diet is the act of giving up meals to replace them with a shake or soup. Having come across a fake news report claiming that ex Brookside actress Jennifer Ellison had lost her post baby weight after using a combination of Diet Ultima and Cleanse Ultima, I thought it best to expose this scam to the general public. In the news report it is claimed that having used the diet products the actress lost 9.5 kgs (over 20 lbs) in just 4 weeks.
Now, if anyone comes across this report and are currently looking to lose a little, or a lot of weight they will seriously consider both Diet Ultima and Cleanse Ultima as it seems that Jennifer Ellison is endorsing it. Unfortunately this is a common tactic used by unscrupulous manufacturers, as we have seen numerous examples of other diet pills advertised in a similar fashion.
For example, with a little research you would discover that the real reason behind Jennifer Ellison’s weight loss was through her use of the Cambridge Weight Plan. In my opinion you would be best avoiding any diet pill or supplement being advertised in such a manner, as no doubt the ethics of the manufacturer are in question.
Apart from the use of fake celebrity endorsements, testimonials and comments, there is another reason why you would be best avoiding both Diet Ultima and Cleanse Ultima. Although Diet Ultima has listed its ingredients (Raspberry Ketone, Green Coffee Beans, Garcinia Cambogia, Guarana, Citrus Aurantium and White Kidney Bean) there is no mention of the ingredients used within Cleanse Ultima. Once the trial period has elapsed you will then be charged ВЈ87 for Diet Ultima and ВЈ67 for Cleanse Ultima. For a cheaper and more effective alternative to Diet Ultima and Cleanse Ultima you need look no further than the Raspberry Ketone Plus Colon Cleanse Combo Pack, which provides both best selling supplements Raspberry Ketone Plus and Detox Plus at an affordable price.

You will have to contact the companies behind these products using the information provided in the above review. Sorry Samantha, those were the contact details on their website at the time of writing the review. Alison, as this website has nothing to do with Diet Ultima you are wasting your time sending messages asking for a refund. Just a heads up, they are also marketing as True Cambogia and Purslim, but give Diet Ultima as the best place to contact them. The contact details I have in the above review were taken from their website when the review was written (last week).
