The Blood Type Diet is a nutritional diet advocated by Peter D’Adamo, the premise of this diet being that your blood type determines the food and exercise you need to be healthy.
The blood types O, A, B, and AB determine your diet and exercise personality according to D’Adamo, Type O is the hunter, you should have vigorous exercise and a high protein diet. The problem with this diet program, according to many experts, is that there is no scientific evidence to support these claims, many of the claims he has made for many years state studies in progress but these studies have not been published and others are unable to duplicate results.
I have blood type AO negative and what works for me is NO wheat, soy or corn and plenty of meat and vegetables including brussel sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower. After the successful of posting my diet entries (which has the most views all the time) including the Milk and Apple Diet, my diet lifestlye, and my daily diet food, I've decided to continue write diet post and hopefully you guys will share it around even it doesn't work for you lol.


I bet most people in the world (including me) blood type O, the prescribed diet is low-carbs.
This plan combines some aspects of both the A and B diets and has the most acceptable food choices for dieters. I'm blood type O person so I've created a daily meal plan for myself and you guys can save it down if you wanna follow this diet plan too.

Grotto, RD, LD, stated the beliefs are “very obscure and lacking in science.” Most reputable physicians and dietitians do not advocate any diet plan which leaves out any of the food groups, proper nutrition requires a balance of many nutrients. D'Adamo claims that ABO  blood type is the most important factor in determining a healthy diet, and he recommends distinct diets for each blood type.
