So, the energy to digest food is highest during earth element time – between 7 and 11 in the morning. So for people who are trying to lose weight, or really watch their diet or lead a healthful life; it is better to have light food at night.
And it is lowest to digest food exactly twelve hours after said – between 7 and 11 at night. And what happens though is that people want to eat the way that they were eating when they were younger, but the body no longer needs that kind of food. But if you are over-eating, or trying to eat the way that you were eating when you were twenty or twenty-five; then it’s more difficult.
