I had to make a game time decision to either use wonton wrappers or go to a different store.

I finally took small chunks of it and squeezed to get the bulk of it out before blotting with towels at the end. I also used some warmed cream cheese (neufchatel, actually) to stir in my spices before incorporating the other ingredients. When it’s slightly rolled, tuck in the two side and continue rolling to the last point.
