These look like the kind you buy at the store – only I’m sure they are so much healthier for you!
This delicious recipe has a broad spectrum of nutrients, including antioxidants, calcium, and potassium. So I loaded them all in the car and took off for Arizona to see my parents and a few of my siblings that still live there. When I looked at the possible ingredients for this month’s Mystery Dish, I knew almost immediately that I wanted to make something healthy and incorporate coconut oil in it.
After a little research, I knew I wanted to give it a try in my sister’sA granola recipeA that I posted several months back. Since then, I’ve made several more recipes using coconut oil and have loved the outcome of every one of them!

Cover with plastic wrap and place into the fridge until mixture has completely cooled and set up.
You can store this mixture in the fridge or on the counter-top in an airtight container for 4 or 5 days and they are still tasty!
