We are the kind of family that eats vegan on Monday, Paleo on Tuesday, vegetarian on Wednesday, and gluten-free on Thursday, and carb heavy on Friday.
You might think flax is just a health fad, but the stuff has been around since it was first cultivated in ancient Babylon. The site was built to provide everything a runner needs to train, including routes, training plans, training diaries, race calendars and training tips.
With more than 1.6 million running routes available worldwide, it’s the perfect companion to use when working out. Even though my daughter is a good eater there are still nights when she has no interest in what I’ve made for dinner.
