Go ahead and spice things up in the kitchen, it might just get you out of those wintertime blues! Tear the large leaves of the lettuce off of the head, wrap them in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator until just before serving. I almost always order them as my entree when I’m there, because I don’t want to have to share them as an appetizer!
