I’ve broken up the following dinner recipes by food type (fish, beef, pork, poultry, vegetarian) to make it easier for you to navigate.
The directions: Fry the spices (mustard seeds, cumin, hing, turmeric, urad daal) over medium heat in 1 Tbsp EVOO for about 1 minute. I tried spreading with a rolling pin, but the dough was so sticky that it stuck to the parchment paper. When you rolled out the dough, did you use a lot of flour on the rolling pin and on the surface you were rolling it out on? What I’ve found works well is to just play around with the spices and taste as you go.
Cook, covered for 10-15 min until the vegetables are cooked through and the spices have been fully absorbed.
