In February I weighed 233 lbs, and I said “this has got to change!”… I’ve lost 46 pounds in 6 months.
I’m happy to report that with the help of my gym buddy I have been attending the 6am workouts at the Clubhouse for 2 entire years, 3-5 times a week.  My goal wasn’t to lose any weight, but to incorporate exercise into my busy week, with a plan and a partner.
