It took me about three and a half weeks to start to get tired of this diet and then I was pretty much through with it at about the five week mark.
I had been very enthusiastic about it at first but it just feels like one of those things that probably works great when it applies to your part of the world, but when you try to bring it to somewhere else where the recipes are all new and the ingredients aren’t necessarily local then it starts to create a lot of barriers that make it very challenging to keep up with.
