This five-minute project produces the tangy pickled onions flavored with the warmth of garam masala – a spice mix that uses cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin and a variety of other spices. I like to eat them plain, put them on sandwiches (try it with my homemade chicken lunchmeat!), or served with this favorite liver pate recipe.
