We liked this a lot, but next time, I think I'll use more barbeque sauce, and a little less cranberry. I was in a rush at dinner time and just served it with vegetable -- since the sauce is not super thick, we had a hard time enjoying the sauce. I like to cut my veg in large chunks rather than small chunks and my favorite is roasted sweet potatoes so I added them in there too.


Just added about a quarter cup of flour at the beginning at the recommendation of the other reviews and it was a hit!
A few extra ingredients, however, can turn potato salad into a palate-awakening experience and make it the star of the table.
I made the recipe as stated but I didnt need the full 30 min to cook the vegges maybe more like 20-25min.


I thickened the leftover sauce with cornstarch, and will serve it later this week over noodles with meatballs.
