Pasta with frozen seafood is the dish to prepare when you don’t have much time for cooking but still want to eat something a bit special. Pasta with frozen seafood is a very easy recipe and gives the opportunity to serve a tasty and complete meal to your family or guests. When I have the time I prefer to defrost the seafood and keep on the side the water that the fish will release. While the sauce simmers cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salty water following the timing indicated on the packet.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin, after they splutter, add chopped onion and ginger and garlic paste, saute this for 1-2 mins until raw smell vanishes.
Add all the veggie's (carrots, beans, peas and mushroom ) Turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
You can grate the vegetables for stuffing instead of adding chopped vegetables or you can also add vegetable puree to the batter and make a colorful dosa. My wife has made this tater tot hot dish with green beans quite often and this is equally as good.  The vegetable you choose to use comes down to your personal preference.


Of course, if you can buy fresh fish and have the time to clean it and prepare it, the same recipe with fresh seafood is much tastier!
Just add a salad as a starter or side dish and your tummy will be soon full with nutritious and light food!
Just add a large green salad, dressed with freshly squeezed lemon for a nutritious main meal.
A quick cook soup if you like the ingredients like black fungus and Szechuan vegetable a little crunchy.
My mom used to make this for our family when I was a kid and now my wife makes this for us. Add the seafood (drained if defrosted) and stir fry it for about 5-10 minutes on a moderate flame. Sprinkle some water and cover pan with a lid and cook it for 3-5 mins until all the vegetables turns soft. This tater tot hot dish has cheese and vegetables in it an is delicious and is an easy recipe to make.


This would include fresh shelled mussels, clams, scampi… so I cook it when I go to Italy for a holiday and use frozen seafood in the meantime. This is a slight variation of regular dosa, in which I added some vegetables to make dosa even more healthier and colorful.
Add the drained cherry tomatoes and squash them slightly, so that they release their juice. If the sauce dries too much add a little water, possibly the water released during defrosting or a little cooking water from the pasta.
