Its a typical South Indian thick lentil soup and is a delight to have steaming hot sambhar on a cold winter day. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sambhar is ready.Sambhar can be had as a steaming hot thick soup. I enjoy cooking for my family using fresh produce from my vegetable garden and farmer's market. I believe that hard work, self-discipline, and a positive attitude cannot help but reap a harvest of fantastic results.
