Find a Doctor
|
|
Visit the BCBS website. At the top of the Home Page select
Providers then Provider Finder. Follow the prompts from
there! (for those enrolled)

Find a Dentist
|
|
Visit the Principal website. At the top of the Home Page
select Providers then Find a Dentist. Follow the prompts
from there! (for those enrolled)

Find a VSP Doctor
|
|
Visit the VSP website. At the top of the home page, be
sure the Find a Doctor tab is highlighted. Follow the
prompts from there! (for those enrolled)

Get the Apps!
Simply visit
the app store and download to your iPhone, iPad or Google Play.

Download the BCBS App
|
|
To download, text BCBSILAPP to
33633 or search for BCBSIL in the
Apple App Store or Google Play
Store. You can find a network doctor, hospital or
urgent care facility, access your claims, coverage, and
deductible information and get your temporary digital member
ID Card.

Download the Principal App
|
|
Use our free app to check your benefits! Accessing your
benefits information is easy, just three easy steps to get
started: Use your phone or tablet to access the
Principal® secure mobile app and get information on your
coverages.

|

A quick and convenient way to see your check, request time

Gym Reimbursement Benefits
|
|
Darwill's gym reimbursement program is available to full time employees on the beginning of the month following the first 30 days of employment. Submit your documentation of attendance and provide the monthly cost. Employees must submit from their gym or app-based training (i.e Peloton, virtual class) that they attended a minimum of 10 times per month. Darwill will reimburse a maximum of $30 per month. If membership cost is under $30 per month, Darwill will pay the lesser amount per qualifying amount.
