5. Steps to create homes with the automated flow

5.1. Lennox Report Changes:

  1. There’s 2 ways to create homes.

    • Using cert app with a premier dealer as the user creating the home.

    • Using the automated flow by uploading an excel file and processing it using the batch preprocessing flow.

  2. Report are simplified to only one report : Pearl certification Report.

  3. New Third Party asset created : Service Professional Information.

  4. New Home source : LENNOX.

  5. Branding field is divided into contractor branding and home owner branding.

  6. When home is from lennox and has a premier insurance package.

    • A literature page is added in the report containing assets and descriptions.

    • Page 3 of report will have the new third party asset and a paragraph underneath.

  7. When home is from lennox and does not have a premier insurance package.

    • Page 3 of report will have the new third party asset without adding a paragraph underneath.

    • No literature page is added.

    • Usually when home is created via the automated flow the premier insurance package is checked by default.

  8. 2 new models added under home batches.

    • Reference Data.

    • Ahri Data.

  9. We are using these 2 models to store ahri data and then search for assets and automatically create them when a match is found otherwise the home will be transferred to data preprocessing exception state.

5.2. Steps to upload home using the automated flow:

  1. under administration > contractor firms choose a firm and add go to the firm overview and in the pearl configuration go to Program/Dealer Participant formset and choose Lennox as a premier dealer.

  2. go under cert_admin and add a new batch constraint and choose lennox as preprocessing logic.

  3. under administration an upload home button in the sidebar ,of the chosen firm overview, will appear, when you enter you can upload your file containing lennox homes.
