This video is around what happens during a Pearl Certification visit which is also called an Asset Inventory (collecting assets data needed to determine the Pearl score). The Pearl Certification Visit is performed by a contractor and is the first step in getting a Home certificate from Pearl. The next steps are: entering data into the Cert app, requesting a Certification, Pearl staff will review the data entered and will eventually generate a Pearl certification if the home is eligible.
