While skimming my church's bulletin last week, I came across a QR code which immediately caught my attention. Curiosity got the best of me and I just HAD to scan it. You know where it sent me?

To the church's online giving page. Genius!

A QR code is a free tool which connects the old (paper) to the new (digital) world. It removes the step of typing in (or trying to remember) the church's website or landing page. In this instance, it made it extremely easy for me to give my tithe this month.

As you're preparing for your year-end giving, think of ways you can effectively eliminate the barriers to giving. You want to make it easy for people to give. And we want to provide you with some tangible examples of how some of our CCB churches have accomplished this by using online giving.

Ben Stroup, one of CCB's Strategic Partners, analyzed three churches who have seen a significant increase in giving after implementing online giving through CCB. They each took different strategies to communicate and roll out to their congregation, but the end result was the same; an increase in people engaged in generosity.

We've made Ben's case study, Churches Report Increase In Online Giving With CCB, available to you from our Facebook page. "Like" us to receive the free download!
