Storage (in GB-months):
The amount of storage you expect to use in a month.

Data Transfer-In (in GB):
The amount of network data transfer you expect into your Amazon S3/EC2/SQS account from the outside Internet in a month. For Amazon S3, Every time a request is received to put an object or list a bucket, the amount of network traffic involved in transmitting the object data, metadata, or keys is recorded here.
The Amount of data that enters the Amazon Cloud in a month.

Data Transfer-Out (in GB):
The amount of network data transfer you expect to go out of your Amazon S3/EC2/SQS account to the outside Internet in a month. For Amazon S3, Every time a request is received to get an object, the amount of network traffic involved in transmitting the object data, metadata, or keys is recorded here. The Amount of data that leaves the Amazon Cloud in a month.

PUT/LIST Requests:
The number of PUT and LIST requests made to your Amazon S3 account in a month. Note: Amazon S3 Requests from Amazon EC2 are also metered and charged.

Other Requests:

The number of GET and all other requests made to your Amazon S3 account in a month.
Note: Amazon S3 Requests from Amazon EC2 are also metered and charged. Delete Requests are not charged.

Compute Usage (in Instance Hours consumed):
The number of instances multiplied by the numbers of hours (uptime) in a  month. For example, if you have 3 instances running for 24 hours/day and 2 instances running for 5 hours/day, the instances hours will be 3 * 24 * 31 (days) + 2 * 5 * 31 (days) = 2,542 Instance hours. Note: Now there are three types of Instances (Small, Large, Extra Large)

Amazon S3-EC2 Data Transfer (in GB):

Data transferred between Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3, is free of charge (i.e., $0.00 per GB), except data transferred between Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3-Europe, which will be charged at regular rates.

Amazon EC2-EC2 Data Transfer (in GB):

Data transferred between Amazon EC2 instances in the same Availability Zone using private IP addresses is free of charge (i.e., $0.00 per GB). Data transferred between Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3-Europe will be charged as Internet data transfer. Data transferred between Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3-US, Amazon SDB, and Amazon SQS is free of charge. All other charges for these services will still apply.
Regional Data Transfer will be free ($0.00 per GB) until June 30 and will be charged at $0.01 per GB starting July 1, 2008.
Usage for other Amazon Web Services is billed separately from Amazon EC2.
