TweetOver the weekend Global Garden Friends ventured to San Francisco for the massive annual indoor garden expo hosted by Maximum Yield magazine. GGF founder Mike Donaldson shares his experiences over the weekend for those who didn’t get a chance to visit. This is my 6th time attending a Maximum Yield expo and every time I attend it gets bigger and better every time. Links to sites that may interest you, including botanical gardens, private gardens, and gardening societies in your state.

Saturday is dedicated to Industry only from 10 am – 6pm, with 10 am – noon featuring a complimentary VIP Seminar & Expert Panel discussion followed by six hours of exhibit time to network, interact and do business.
For a complete list of max yield expo exhibitors, event details, accommodation specials, directions to the venue and to plan your vacation, click one of the links above. It may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used for any other purpose without the express permission of the ABC. With hundreds of leading international exhibitors, interactive displays, VIP Seminar and Expert Panel, Grow University sessions, easy access and proximity to transportation, the Max Yield Expo is sure to impress!

Admission is $10 at the door, or you can print off your complimentary max yield expo ticket here. Mulches can also be used to replace expanses of lawn to make gardens more water efficient. There are also a few pitfalls to watch out for with mulches.
