Jones is in a relationship with 33-year-old Paula, and the couple have two kids – Abbie, aged 7 and James, aged 6. Jones is pretty sure it’s an addiction, because he worries when he’s getting near the end of a bottle.
The first thing to start when learning about prediabetes, blood sugar, and diet is by knowing about carbohydrates. In general, people referred sugar as glucose, but actually it leads to misunderstanding sometime. Complex carbohydrates, or polysaccharides, plenty of sugar group, starch, glycogen, cellulose.
Carbohydrates can be found in starches (rice, pasta, bread, corn, cereal), fruits and vegetables, beans, milk and yogurt due to its lactose content, and high sugar foods. Enzymatic processes in gastrointestinal cut the chemical bond, turn all of complex carbohydrate and disaccharides into monosaccharides. Our cell can only be entered by glucose, therefore fructose and galactose, require changes in the structure by the liver. We can conclude that process traversed by simple carbohydrate vs complex carbohydrate is different.

A staple in eastern cooking for tens of thousands of years, a diet rich in legumes is reported to contribute to heart health, prevent diabetes and obesity, and control inflammatory conditions.  Quite an impressive resume ! Cooked beans are a great addition to soups, stews or salads.  They mix well with rice or pasta for a protein-rich, vegetarian entree.
So why do we resist the mighty bean?  Well, it’s usually about what happens after we eat them. So how to have the best of both worlds… how to enjoy all the benefits of beans with none of the odoriferous after effects.

Add fresh water for cooking, and cook slowly, skimming off any foam that forms on the surface. Try adding a piece of seaweed (kombu) to the cooking liquid.  This can also make them less gassy. While dry cat food is cheaper and more convenient (can be stored easily and makes litter boxes easier to clean), wet (canned) food is generally believed to better meet the nutritional needs of a pet cat because it is closer to raw food and provides better hydration.
Dry cat food can contain a lot of filler, including more carbohydrates than a cat would eat in the wild.[1] For example, Friskies Indoor Delights dry food is 30% protein, 9% fat, 5% fiber, 42% carbohydrates and 12% moisture. Dry cat food can be left constantly in the cat’s bowl, so that the cat can eat whenever it is hungry.
Wet cat food is messier and smellier, and it has a shorter shelf life once it has been opened.
Cats that eat only dry food are slightly more likely to become obese that cats that eat wet food, due to the high carbohydrate levels. Cats can get addicted to tuna so while occasional feeding of tuna is okay, they must not be fed a steady diet of tuna.
We find lot of misinformation about carbohydrates or carbs out there, such as do diabetics need to eat carbohydrates and sugar? Polysaccharides are further designated as digestible as in starches or indigestible, fibers.
Animal protein, cheese, and fat do not contain carbohydrate, but it is still can produce energy and some of them can be converted into glucose.
Single sugar, absorbed by the intestine and reach blood circulation, which then we called as blood sugar. The glucose can either burned right away or saved in the muscles and liver to be used later.
Sugar from complex carbohydrate food, can not rush into the blood stream quickly, reducing insulin spikes and blood sugar crashes.
There are still many other important function of carbs and not to forget that several other nutrients contained in the food sources of carbohydrates.

Good carbs loaded with iron, zinc, calcium, selenium and folate?  Beans again get the prize. With over 1000 varieties of peas, beans, lentils and peanuts (yes, peanuts!) to choose from, there’s no risk or boredom.
Here’s my suggestions gleaned from personal experience and that of other health oriented cooks. Some sources recommend adding an acid to the soaking water such as whey or lemon juice.  This helps to begin breaking down the complex sugars even before eating. Think of natural combinations that form complete proteins such as baked beans and brown bread, or red beans and rice. The smell of canned cat food can be quite off-putting; however, it is better for the cat's health.
As a cat’s natural prey is about 70% water, cats fed dry food usually don’t get enough water. How do you think, do you know how important and how to choose the best carbohydrates for your diet? While some experts recommend eliminating dry food from a cat's diet, it is often more practical for pet owners to maintain a balance of both dry and wet food in their cat's diet. He now wishes he could get into rehab or some sort of boot camp, any place where Diet Coke isn’t available.
She nags him, asking him to cut down and sometimes even makes excuses for not getting him any, saying the shop has run out or that she forgot. He says that in the beginning it wasn’t much of a problem, except that he gained a lot of weight.
Simple carbohydrate which are easily over consumed,  as in soda or juice will spike insulin rapidly. Jones was eventually diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure and his weight made it difficult for him to move around.
