I received an ARC of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.This quick read is filled with easy to understand instructions and diagrams for a wide variety of stretches and yoga poses. Each pose in this book is well described and accompanied by illustrations that I actually found useful, something that's rare for me with books of this type. There are particular stretches and poses for each part of the body, and also routines presented that string those poses together to target particular issues.The book seems to be geared toward people who meditate and have at least a basic familiarity with yoga, but it would be very easy for someone to pick up without prior knowledge and follow along with, and I'm finding what I learned from it useful in my day-to-day life (in which I rarely, if ever, meditate).

The second portion of the book organizes the poses based on the best sequence to follow for that which ails you. Although the illustrations weren't the best, this is the most well-organized yoga book I have ever read.
